1. Proof of Business Registration/Incorporation Certificate

For Companies: Certificate of Incorporation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, along with the Memorandum and Articles of Association (MOA and AOA).

For Partnerships: Partnership Deed.

For Proprietorship: No specific registration proof required if the proprietorship is not a registered entity; PAN and Aadhaar of the proprietor suffice.
2. PAN Card of the Business/Applicant

A copy of the PAN Card issued in the name of the business entity. For proprietorships, the individual’s PAN may be used.
3. Proof of Identity and Address of the Applicant
